Through targeted marketing initiatives and community engagement, our Marketing Assistants can self manage and vigorously grow brand awareness.Responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant:Plan and execute marketing and promotion activities to increase awareness in clean energy options and drive enrollment to opt into renewable and sustainable energy optionsTrack progress with Marketing Managers, providing constant feedback to increase client satisfaction and retainmentIdentify and analyze competitors marketing strategies to stand out and develop a cutting edgeDevelop and execute educational marketing strategies for new clean energy initiativesAttend company meetings as requiredRepresent our brand with the utmost degree of professionalism and expertise at all timesRequirements as a Marketing Assistant:Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or Communications1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, clean energy, or public relationsMust have excellent professional communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing strategiesStrong planning/organizational skills, detailed oriented and equipped to work independently as well as part of a teamOutstanding communication skills and the ability to speak confidently in publicEagerness to learn new techniques and grasp complex ideas
