Remarketing Specialist

Are youAble to foster relationships and work effectively in a team setting?An effective problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment?As the Remarketing Specialist you will be responsible for contributing the successful execution of First Fleet Remarketing functions with oversight into the Customer experience and financial reconciliation of the process.

A Day in the Life

Facilitate heavy/medium trucks, trailers, equipment, and material handling assets within auction network in resolving logistic, title problems that may delay or prevent the timely sale of these assets. Liaise with specialty auctions, dealers, and Element's internal teams to resolve. Work together with Element's Collateral team to identify and implement best practices for title resolution.Support the Advanced Purchase Program (APP) sales team to complete all title related functions including title inventory, purchaser assignment and scanning title documents into dealer management system. Manage process to convert APP units in the system to prepare them for auction sale. Support theProvide Fair Market Values on heavy/medium trucks, trailers, equipment, and material handlingSupport "concierge" clients' specialty truck & equipment inventory ensure proper auction assignment and timely sale, reporting status to clients weekly. Resolve any issues with assets or process.Support Remarketing team on client specific projects focusing on process improvements that minimize cycle team and improve customer service experience.Manage Service Cloud cases within Target Commit DateMaintain Mainframe auction expenses for Non-IMS auctions/dealersMaintain compliance to all Element polices, complete required training on schedule.Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years B2B Customer Service Experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required.Strong organizational planning, decision making, execution and proven analytical skills requiredAbility to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and user level application knowledge, data entry and typing skills and be familiar with general office equipment.Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent skills in project management and analyticsDemonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships
