Creative Project Manager

Our retail client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with 2+ years' expeirence to jump in and support two other Project Managers and a Production Manager with workflow and admin. Experience with Trello or similar tool required, and any SAP experience is a huge plus.
Ideally looking for industry experience in retail, home furnishings or fashion.
Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.* Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.* Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any issues as necessary.* Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.* Oversee product photography projects, including coordinating photo shoots, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality images are delivered on time.* Manage web maintenance tasks, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers for enhancements and fixes.
Requirements:* Availability between 9-5 EST Monday to Friday for meetings is essential.* Occasional on-site work is not required, though offers additional learning and growth opportunities.* Minimum commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during onboarding and training.* Must provide own computer, even if working on-site.* Previous experience working with retail brands is required.* Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Microsoft Teams, and SAP is highly recommended.
