Location: Getzville, NY - 5 days onsite/week

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30pm to 12:00am (½ hour unpaid lunch)

Work schedule as temp: Monday to Friday

Job Description:

The Presentations Workflow Coordinator is an entry-level developing role that combines specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The role involves collaboration with the Marketing / Communication & Creative Services Team to execute creative content. It requires analytical thinking, knowledge of data analysis tools, and effective communication skills to handle complex or sensitive information. The impact of this role is moderate but direct, affecting the team's effectiveness and related departments through quality and timeliness of service.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with lead designers, product managers, engineers, and teammates to create product landing pages, marketing materials (emails, banners, social media, print), video assets, illustrations, and photography.
2. Create compelling visual experiences optimized for users.
3. Assist in solving complex visual problems and provide creative support to internal stakeholders.
4. Translate technical concepts into interactive designs, illustrations, and infographics, ensuring visual excellence across all touchpoints.
5. Follow tools, templates, processes, and style guides to maintain brand consistency and promote design within the organization.
6. Assess risks appropriately in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, while managing and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
