Title: UX/UI Designer

Work Arrangement: Hybrid remote, with two days in the office weekly.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and accessible user experiences, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Evolve the Design System: Conduct weekly Design Operations meetings to oversee the addition and enhancement of the design system through a structured process. Manage the product roadmap.
• Design Projects: Create interactive prototypes for websites, products, and components, and refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data. Continuously iterate on components and patterns to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Design Leadership: Guide external designers, promoting our user experience philosophy, guidelines, and best practices for design system components.
• Establish, Document, and Communicate: Define design guidelines, patterns, and standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Feedback: Lead discussions, design reviews, and gather feedback from both internal and external teams.
• Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: Advocate for inclusive design practices, ensuring that the system adheres to accessibility standards and meets the needs of diverse users.
