POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a strong understanding of various platforms, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

Own Lovisa's social media strategy including IG , Facebook, TikTok etc

to effectively address market, industry, and cultural trends, driving online engagement.Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using various analytics tools to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and reach.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the competition.Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and foster a positive community around our brand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to align social media activities with overall business objectives and campaigns.Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization to maximize ROI.Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities on social media platforms and leverage insights to refine our strategy and content approach.Stay abreast of relevant legal and regulatory guidelines governing social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.Produce regular reports and presentations showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing audiences.In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Passion for staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in social media marketing.
