Job Summary

We are looking for aPaid Media Managerto join our growing digital marketing team. This individual is a true student of trade with the kind of constant curiosity that allows them to stay on-trend with content strategy as well as tactical understanding of shared and paid media spaces, primarily. This individual will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of the business in a manner that fosters professional and personal gain.

Responsibilities and Job DutiesDemonstrate a clear ability to understand clients' business needs, goals and the environment in which they operateAbility to build smart, sound strategic and tactical plans for digital and social media campaigns that achieve client objectivesServe as team leader to guide plan execution, sharing creative ideas, and sharing the latest digital trendsDemonstrate an ability to identify unique insights that innovative digital experiencesShow a track record of success in recommending communications strategies and tactics in the digital space that drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of the overall digital/social media strategiesServe as key educator for internal teams to stay ahead of digital trendsDemonstrated ability to use social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.Develop and present digital/social media strategies for new business prospectsWillingness to participate in the development of new business, including relationship- building with account teamsAbility to identify opportunities to integrate digital solutions into traditional PR and marketing campaignsQualifications

5 - 7 years of digital interactive marketing experienceRecognized expertise in developing strategic creative solutions for clientsAbility to provide clear, creative digital strategy and directionAct as leader to guide cross-functional programs and teamsStrong writing and editing skills, particularly as it relates to client plans and presentationsAbility to extract insights from large amounts of information. Comfort developing presentations and presenting your ideas in group settingsAn understanding of B2B and B2C digital platforms, the opportunities and challenges they present and opinions on what will work best and whyA working knowledge of current digital technologies, publishing tools and trends in the advertising, communications and marketing industriesUnderstanding of standard approaches to data analytics, paid advertising implementation, application development and platform integrationWorking knowledge of UX, web strategy, and Google SEM
