Responsibilities
1. Help with creating graphics for web, email, and social media as assigned by the art director
2. Incorporate best practices to create clean, structured design files that can easily be handed off to other designers
3. Incorporate feedback as needed to ensure quality control and a consistent overall look and feel
4. Assist with marketing photography projects as needed
5. Assist the marketing team with additional creative tasks as needed
Requirements
• Strong passion for graphic and web design with a constant desire to learn and grow as a designer
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles
• Solid working knowledge of design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience working in Figma or other web prototyping tools preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, and also work effectively within a team-based environment
• After Effects experience a plus
• Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
• Webflow experience a plus
