Position Summary

A data-driven, creative, customer-obsessed email marketing manager to drive campaign strategy and execution for its sales channels. This position is responsible for helping to define and execute critical email marketing strategies. This role manages automated flows and promotional emails from strategy to execution with a strong foundation in e-commerce best practices. Responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing email content that drives engagement and conversion across the customer journey.

Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive email marketing program that includes automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, reporting on KPIs.Leverage email service provider and other tools to increase performance.Build email programs and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and attributable revenue.Create and test campaigns that align content to sales channels.Conceptualize and work with design team to create emails that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue attribution, and engagement.Manage and analyze email campaign performance, monitor metrics, and generate reports.Implement marketing automation workflow and lead nurturing programs.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure email campaigns align with overall sales goals.Continuously improve email performance, conducting frequent tests to optimize conversion rates.Manage email marketing software and integrations.Adhere to email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance, data privacy regulations, and list hygiene.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to email marketing.Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3-5+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms, direct experience on ESP required.Experience using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy.3-5+ years of professional e-commerce or consumer marketing experienceStrong understanding of email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations, and CAN-SPAM compliance.Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo or Hubspot).Experience with marketing platforms (such as Marketo, or Pardot).Experience with Salesforce and email integration.Proficiency in HTML/CSS.Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decision-making.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Create with strong project management and time management skills.Compensation
