Associates degree or technical drafting certification3+ years’ experience in mechanical design of HVAC systems for commercial buildingsFamiliarity with applicable building codes and associated engineering design practicesProficiency using AutoCADProficiency using RevitPrevious experience with Trane Trace software is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Design and layout of engineering drawings for building HVAC systemsCoordinate installation with other trades.Support workflow of foreman and project managers.Work from schematic sketches to produce plan drawings.Organize and file project drawings.Maintain company drawings and standards.Interact with clients in on-line coordination meetings and on-site with Project Managers.Design, size, select, schedule, and specify basic Plumbing system components to include fixtures, specialties, and equipment.Design and select HVAC systems and equipment
