Job Description
We’re looking for a Screen Printer / Graphic Designer with strong technical skills and production experience in custom apparel. This role requires color separation expertise, screen printing press setup and operation, and graphic design ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform color separation for screen printing
Create and edit graphics for apparel using industry-standard software
Set up and operate manual or automatic screen-printing presses.
Assist in screen preparation, ink mixing, and press clean-up as needed.
Maintain quality control throughout the printing process.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience with color separation for screen printing
Experience with screen printing press operation and setup.
Graphic design experience
Familiarity with apparel printing processes and production workflows.
