Description

The primary objective of the Marketing Manager is to drive brand recognition along with sales distribution and velocity, performing a variety of trade and consumer trainings, educational events and seminars, in line with the Euroline's long-term growth goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key architects, dealers, retailers, and market influencers to inspire, educate, build reputation, improve distribution, and increase visibility of the Euroline brand. Engage in and develop Euroline's product portfolio to fully develop the brand.

Requirements

PRIMIARY DUTIES:

Build and manage a comprehensive marketing budget for social media, Ad words, print, sponsorships, product placement and content creation.Build, present and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support the digital, dealer network, social, showroom and trade show strategies.Establish and develop marketing SOPs, strategic content development, and analytic reporting.Coordinate with third-party agencies supporting marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.Manage the showroom/display, campaigns and training courses for dealer network.Implement and manage email campaigns for brand awareness at multiple levels such as architects, dealers, builders and homeowners. Create a drip campaign tied to the sales process for timely campaign messages.Manage trade show components, logistics, and personnel including booth design and marketing.Provide periodic written reports updating department project progress and performance including plans, issues, and resolutions.Build relationships with dealer partners to facilitate co-branding opportunities and promote mutual growth.Assist TSMs with dealers to increase brand and product awareness at the luxury retail l- Open houses.Customer appreciation activitiesRegional tradeshows, home showsNegotiate product placement and sponsorship deals including media outlet networking.Assist TSMs to develop and increase architectural awareness of the Euroline brand.May present to Architects independently.Help engage dealers to present ESW to architects.Identify architects specifying competing brands and educate them about ESW to earn future project specification.Develop direct relationships with local trade contacts who are in a position to recommend/advise on the use of our product.KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Fluent English required.High energy, progressive, free thinker with the ability to function autonomously.Familiar with luxury consumer brands and marketingKnowledge of the category and the company's products in terms of history, key selling points, etc.Good product line awareness and selling techniques/skills.Proven ability to utilize consume insights to drive brand essence and positioning.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales or Marketing required or 5 years of education and experience combined in a marketing role.Minimum of 3-5 plus years proven successful marketing experience required, fenestration products preferred.Experience with luxury consumer brands and marketing them.CRM, Adobe Product SuitesPHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Salary Description

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
