Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Marketing Manager:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns for new store openings, fostering strong working relationships and alignment of goals.Identify root causes of underperformance in stores/regions through data analysis, working closely with the Customer Analytics team, and implement targeted marketing tactics to address specific challenges and drive improved results.Monitor competitive activity and market trends to develop proactive marketing strategies that maintain market share and customer loyalty, leveraging data insights to stay ahead of the competition.Foster innovation and internal collaboration by actively participating in strategy development sessions, encouraging idea-sharing, and contributing innovative marketing tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness.Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign effectiveness, and achieve a balance between planned and responsive marketing activities across various channels.Required Skills for the Associate Marketing Manager:
