This position will report to our South Corporate office in Fort Mill, SC on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.

The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of an integrated, retail marketing plan that includes all media touchpoints. They are responsible for building the strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies that are needed to ensure the seamless integration and execution of the brand and media messaging required to drive traffic to our Stores and eCommerce platforms.

Partners with Merchandising team to understand the seasonal product line up and communicates with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging. Then coordinates and executes the seasonal content calendar for brand products and stories, media allocation, consumer and store target segments based on company and marketing objectives.Coordinates and executes the marketing plan from inception to completion, with brief to in-market optimization, making sure the creative team has all the information needed to execute traditional and digital channels. Tactics may include, but are not limited to, Direct Mail Print Pieces, hared Mail Print Pieces, Out of Home Tactics, In-Store signage, Paid Social Media, Affiliate, Influencer, and Programmatic Display Ads.Coordinates and executes In-Store and Digital promotional activations.Understands the role of multiple marketing channels and partners with the CRM (Email, SMS and Loyalty), eCommerce, Marketing Store and Merchandising channel owners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.Ensures that co-op programs are included in overall marketing programs and strategies to drive incremental revenue growth, including defining target audiences, determining appropriate budgets, prioritizing across opportunities, and defining timing.Analyzes campaign performance and makes data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.Collaborates with internal and external partners and agencies to drive continuous improvement of marketing campaigns.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and a minimum 3 years of marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience in managing complex, integrated omnichannel marketing strategies and programs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Direct experience working for or closely with an omni-channel retailer preferred.Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.Proven ability to self-motivate, ability to deal with ambiguity and change in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.Ability to effectively partner and develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience with various online advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) preferredSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.A positive attitude and a great sense of humor that relates to our fun-loving brand is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience with various online advertising platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) preferred.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) preferred.A positive attitude and a great sense of humor that relates to our fun-loving brand is a plus.Total Rewards:
