Associate Trade Marketing Manager

Associate Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing a small set of brands to life in commercial channels. They will work with brand managers and commercial sales to design programming in line with brand strategy and standards, adapt to individual market conditions, and execute across the country.
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Implement and customize commercial brand programming initiatives to align with brand marketing plans. Translate brand strategies into actionable trade programs to drive growth and market share.Work closely with field and distributor portfolio managers to align strategies and execute brand initiatives effectively across different markets.Support in the creation and management of trade calendars for various brands and markets, including coupons, POS materials, and sampling initiatives, ensuring it meets the needs of the portfolio and commercial capacity.Assist in ordering and tracking POS materials, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution at retail locations.Aid in managing POS, rebate, and promotional processes to ensure smooth execution.Support tracking the performance of brand programs and managing associated budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.Assist in the execution of rebate programs, coupon initiatives, and other promotional activities to drive sales.Work closely with field and distributor managers to coordinate brand initiatives and ensure alignment with market strategies.Support in coordinating the execution of on- and off- premise playbooks, providing assistance to ensure successful implementation.Serve as a liaison with the commercial team, providing support and assistance in executing commercial brand strategies.Support with execution of brand initiatives at the market level, focusing on regional aspects of the portfolio.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing or related roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to travel up to 25% or as business needs change.
