On Premise Trade Marketing Manager

The On Premise Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for upholding premium execution across all On Premise channels. The main priorities of this position are to develop key trade marketing initiatives and drive implementation into the field. Driving implementation, this role is tasked with educating the field, developing them as local leaders in trade tools and initiatives. Success relies on close collaboration with key stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively develops and implements national key trade marketing initiatives to up-level executional standards in the On Premise channel Develops and maintains brand standards across all points of contact with the customers and consumers in the On Premise Drives a look and act like #1 mind-set amongst the field teams, by providing on-going execution direction to achieve excellence Develops ongoing resources to arm regional Marketing Managers with tools needed for formal and informal field trainings Educates On Premise National and Field teams on key Trade Marketing tools and strategies, to establish them as experts Spends time in-market, working directly with field teams, to ensure proper execution of strategy and seize opportunities for real-time coaching and development

#DevelopsNational POS & POS Planning Process

Supports the Director of KA and Trade Marketing in a successful implementation of the national POS strategy across all On Premise channels, creating focus towards achieving Look Like #1 goals and KPI Targets Leads the annual bottom-up POS planning process, working closely with SaMo and regional On Premise leaders Develops and distributes tools and resources to drive effective POS planning Serves as On Premise lead in cross functional POS team Drives consistent communication with SaMo HQ leaders throughout business planning process to ensure alignment with national strategies

# Develops of Sales Tools to Drive Premium Execution

Manage agency relationships to brief, create and deliver trade marketing concepts for the channel and specific key customers. Creates segment-specific sales tools to support trade strategies and channel priorities that include: POS, sales sheets, how-to-sell-to guides, sales presentations, business reviews, new product launch materials, etc. Turns insights into turn-key strategies, guidelines, programs and tools for On Premise Sales - Musketeer managed and national accounts, and Distributor Partners across each on premise sales segment and/or new Red Bull product launch

# Develops On Premise Messaging Calendar

Develops segment-specific messaging calendar to optimize opportunities to communicate to consumers at point of decision Collaborates with cross functional counterparts to ensure alignment with Brand direction and initiatives Oversees creation and distribution of premium content to support messaging strategy in-field Effectively brief design partners to ensure timely development and distribution of all materials to field # Right Product Offer in the On Premise; Bring clarity and prioritization to the product offer strategy, identifying the right drink for the right occasion in the On Premise and ensuring premium product experience Develops effective tools to support its implementation across the country Monitor product offer and product experience implementation and results in different segments for different consumers and occasions

# Budget Management

Manage the trade marketing budget as well as project budgets that might be allocated in other departments; Supports the annual account & business planning process by working with the national account team and On Premise Directors Develops the annual trade marketing calendar comprised of local and national customer and consumer facing programs

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Each new line is automatically numbered: experience in sales and/or a customer/trade marketing role; minimum 2 years on premise experience Strong analytical, communication & teamwork skills Exceptional planning and project management skills In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade Innovative, solution-oriented mindset Strong work ethic & Self-motivated; must be able to work independently Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Illustrator and other design programs are preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree preferred

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English, additional languages an advantage
