Assists with marketing activities and initiatives, acts as coordinator and faculty staff for educations programs, accurately tracks marketing initiatives and data, arranges promotional events, assesses the results of marketing campaigns, and supports marketing manager in organizing various projects

Represent the Marketing Department in dealing with other departments, external vendors, and contacts on all marketing initiativesConsistently use independent discretion and sound judgment by identifying urgency and priority to accomplish the goals for the departmentManage the Marketing Department's business opportunities, schedules, calendars, and commitments for optimum performanceResponsible for planning, coordinating, and managing special and recurring events, (e.g.: Representative Meetings, Distributor Events, Special Events, Educational Programs activities, etc.)Responsible for managing, planning, and overseeing the Marketing Department's travel budget and keeping travel expenses within budgeted limitations for all personnelResponsible for accurate data entry into Sales and Marketing Intelligence SystemActive staff member of Educational Programs including event coordination, document preparation, communicating with participants, and presenting course materialResponsible for accurate tracking of Marketing Initiatives and Activity including campaigns to full utilization of sales and marketing resourcesResponsible for execution of accounting functions as it relates to Marketing ActivityAssist in the preparation and publication of sales bulletins, product information brochures, websites, social media, press releases and similar materials for all division brandsTracking of Campaigns to Full Utilization of Sales ResourcesAll department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessaryResponsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policyOther duties may be assigned.Level of Supervision
