The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department of the company in primary duties. You will assist in the organization of campaigns as well as the development of marketing strategies. Your work is integral to the smooth operations of the marketing department as well as acquisition of brand goals and long term company growth.Marketing Assistant responsibilities are:Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned event campaignsSupport marketing executives in project organizationAssisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retentionInteract and communicate with customersBuild brand recognition through local events and customized marketing strategiesInteract and communicate with customersPrepare and deliver promotional presentationsBuild brand recognition through local events and customized marketing strategiesDriving sales through retail promotional event campaignsMarketing Assistant requirements are:Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projectsAbility to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines, as demonstrated in the workplaceExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, and people skills, with a customer oriented approach.Good knowledge of market research techniques and databasesMust be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environmentHigh School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or other relevant field is considered a substantial advantage
