We promote a healthy work/life balance.Role & Responsibilities:Perform most of the basic engineering tasks as necessary for each project including zoning, equipment layout and coordination, heating/cooling load calculations, coordination with other team(s), etc..During the design phase, you will prepare Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents in collaboration with other squad members, and senior team members as needed while applying relevant code knowledge to your system design and layoutDuring the agency approval phase, you will coordinate corrections to your plans/designs with the AHJ and other team members as needed in order to support project permittingDuring the construction phase, you will provide Construction Administration services to aid in the execution of our designQualifications:Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting skills requiredWorking knowledge of current codes/standards for building projects within the State of California including: California
Mechanical Code, CALGreen Code, and California Energy CodeTraining in BIM preferred but not required; Revit MEP strongly preferredExcellent time management and project prioritizationSoftware skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office365BSME degree, technical degree, or other industry specific work experience which demonstrates high levels of technical
