This form must be completed and approved by the officials designated below.Position InformationPosition Title Coordinator, Marketing CommunicationDepartment Recruitment & OutreachCampus Central CampusLocation Central CampusFLSA ExemptFull Time/Part Time Full TimeSummary of PositionResponsible for development and implementation of marketing communications and outreach, primarily utilizing social media marketing and supporting outreach at locations worldwideMinimum Required EducationBachelor’s Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required; or Associate’s Degree with an additional two years’ experience.+ Degrees in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field preferred.Minimum Required ExperienceOne year paid work experience in marketing or marketing communications with a Bachelor’s degree; or three years paid work experience in marketing or marketing communications with an Associate’s degree.+ Experience in social media marketing and content development required.+ Some video production experience preferred.+ Relationship management systems and working in education with military students preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities+ Proficiency in electronic mass communications, social media marketing and online content development; knowledge of scheduling software preferred.+ Basic video creation/editing skills for the web.+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HTML /Web Development Software.+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud ( Photoshop, InDesign)+ Experience with data analysis and reporting.+ Experience in coordinating and supporting events.+ Working knowledge of project management.+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students,educational colleagues and the community at large.+ Must have initiative, creativity, flexibility and resourcefulness in fulfilling work assignments and implementing long-range program improvement.+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and in a timely manner.Salary 1J/Per Salaried pay scaleHours Full-time, indicate working hours - M-Th 7:30 am-5:30 pm; F 7:30-11:30 amPosting Detail InformationOther Information+ May require occasional weekend & evening work.+ May require occasional travel.
