Senior Marketing Analytics Manager at Cornerstone onDemand in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our analytics efforts, with a focus on both web analytics and marketing analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and reporting to enhance website performance, user engagement, and on-site conversions. Additionally, they will be responsible for delivering comprehensive reporting and insights on paid media efforts across search, paid social, and display channels. In this role you will: + Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and on-site conversions. + Develop and implement strategies to optimize user engagement and enhance overall website experience. + Create and maintain regular reports on key web analytics metrics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, and Looker Studio. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web analytics efforts with broader business goals. + Provide reporting and insights on paid media efforts, including search, paid social, and display advertising. + Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency. + Collaborate with the business and paid media teams to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights. + Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards in Tableau, GA4, and Looker Studio. + Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web and marketing analytics.
