The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Graphic Design Production Manager to join the RS&H Graphic Design team in the Jacksonville, FL or Charlotte, NC office.

We are looking for an outstanding Graphic Design Production Manager to manage production within the Graphic Design team. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to efficiently manage extensive production tasks and skillfully delegate assignments to the team. Effective communication with various business leaders and the ability to swiftly address real-time challenges are essential qualities for this role. A strong background/familiarity with Graphic Design is required.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders and clients to understand their vision and project requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.

Delegate tasks effectively, allocate resources appropriately, and optimize workloads to enhance overall productivity.

Foster team collaboration with other departments.

Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams, relaying project updates clearly.

Address challenges in real-time, providing creative solutions during production.

Create detailed written scopes of work and corresponding fee structures.

Monitor and manage the graphic design production budget as well as identify cost-effective solutions.

Monitor and enforce project deadlines, implementing strategies for handling tight schedules.

Identify and implement process improvements within the production workflow.

Stay updated on industry trends, best design practices, and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance the team's capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Production Management or Graphic Design related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer.

Proficient in Monday.com or similar online production management tool.

Solid knowledge of the Adobe suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience working as a Production Manager in the AEC industry is strongly preferred.

Experience with After Effects & Premiere is strongly preferred.

Experience with CEROS a plus.

Experience with 3D visualization software a plus.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Highly organized and self-motivated.

Able to work in a team environment and train others.

Able to self-assess and take constructive criticism.

Available for occasional travel.
