Description

The Manager of Marketing, ABS will be responsible to successfully manage, execute and track marketing activities to maximize the marketing ROI. Specifically, the Manager of Marketing, ABS will successfully:

Report to the Director of Marketing Operations.Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and other leaders to develop long-term B2B marketing plans.Create targeted campaigns to support vertical sales leaders in achieving annual revenue goals.Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and prestige among target audiences.Manage marketing, communications, market research, and web services to uphold the company's image and brand internally and externally.Lead innovative marketing programs, measure ROI, and continually improve outcomes.Align marketing strategies with company priorities and values.Execute strategic lead generation programs and brand-building campaigns.Measure marketing efforts and adjust language and channels accordingly, including copywriting and proofreading.Drive new business opportunities through strategy, research, and analytics.Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound marketing activities across various channels.Implement tracking measures and procedures for effective campaign evaluation.Stay updated on leading marketing trends and maintain marketing processes and best practices.Job Requirements of the Manager of Marketing

5+ years of successful experience in a similar B2B marketing manager positionExpert at setting priorities, managing change, and altering objectives quicklyEffective at breaking large challenges into smaller tasks, and delegating resources efficientlyEffective communicator who can discern key points within a solution and convey the value to marketing team membersUnderstands tenets of effective copyrighting, graphic design, and video creationExtremely organized with great attention to detail, while producing desired results on timeCreates and maintains a positive work environment, and operates independently with little supervisionExcellent and confident communication (both written and oral) and active listening skills.Education and Technical Proficiencies:

Bachelor's degree required, in Marketing or Business preferredProficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Working Knowledge: SalesForce, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Social Media (Twitter, Business LinkedIn, Google Plus, Facebook, etc.)

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. The rate will be determined based on overall skills and experience.
