Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with all internal departments to generate a variety of concept-driven content and marketing collateral within the branding strategy guidelines. These multi-channel marketing campaigns will increase awareness and support internal/external customer satisfaction and engagement. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Global Marketing Manager and work with Roeslein's Marketing team and other departments working toward quarterly and yearly goals for innovation of department and company branding needs. Responsible for building strong cross-functional relationships with internal departments to implement and promote the One Roeslein culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the content development and management of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Design content to be posted to platforms, ensuring a well-rounded representation of products, services, culture, recruiting opportunities, and industry resources.Create and follow content calendars and maintain a proactive posting schedule.Ensure Community Guidelines and internal best practices are followed.

Support the regional marketing team with graphics, templates, or digital assets to lead communications and engagement opportunities, promoting a culture of ownership and a safety-first mentality while driving talent development and business success.Collaborate with the Internal Communications Specialist in developing the bi-annual company magazine.Assist external vendors and our IT department in the development and support of our company websites.Support internal programs such as The Roeslein Way, Continuous Improvement, etc., and generate all branded items for global company events.Process marketing requests communicating with various departments on graphics required, preferred layout, submission deadlines, etc.Responsible for the Roeslein global merchandising strategy, ensuring campaigns, budgeting, and artwork are provided to regional support or directly to vendors to meet in-hand deadlines, assisting in procuring company-branded items as needed.Assist with Sharepoint portals, B2B-driven marketing campaigns through HubSpot, and content creation for internal communications as needed.Support digital recruiting efforts as needed.Consult with agencies or outside vendors to support Roeslein's visual identity as needed.Maintain digital asset media programs and files in conjunction with other team members.Coordination and support for tradeshow and other company events as needed.Serve as an integral member of the Marketing team, participating as needed in additional departmental activities, such as strategic initiatives, survey responses, research, and other duties.Travel domestically and internationally, ranging from 10-15% per year.Develop and maintain relationships with employees across all company locations.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work is performed mostly in a controlled atmosphere. Some exposure to harsh conditions for short periods is possible.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, use hands to finger, and or feel; reach with hands and arms climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk and hear. Sitting 80%; standing/walking 20%. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel by car or plane and overnight stays will occur occasionally.

SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Strategic Communications is required.Minimum of Two (2) years of experience is required - experience can include multimedia, graphic design, or social media content design.Proficiency with the entire Adobe Creative Suite - PC platform is preferred.Design portfolio must be presented - Including examples from multiple mediums that showcase a successful marketing campaign.Exceptionally high attention to detail, including maintaining the design integrity during the build process.Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, have effective time management, results, and be deadline-orientedAbility to facilitate and understand feedback from various stakeholders to improve the final deliverable(s).A reasonable understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.Knowledge of corporate branding is preferred.Experience in the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus.Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.Must comply with Roeslein & Associate's core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.
