Summary

The

Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for the implementation of the design, testing, maintenance and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns and website experience utilizing company templates and platforms. This role will be collaborative and will be a power user of marketing automation and website CMSs.

The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the company's Marketing needs by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team, agencies, partners, operators and vendors to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, website, and digital content, paid search, display, video, and social media advertising, leveraging the appropriate technical tools and optimizing user experience. Develop and execute the paid advertising strategy for 29 apartment homes with varying traffic needs. Analyze the performance of online marketing programs, make recommendations and take action to optimize results Campaign Management:

Day-to-day execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms (social media, Google, Internet Listing Services (ILSs)). Setup and implementation of digital consumer channels. Ensure the paid advertising efforts reach the right audience by strategically selecting interests and behaviors while complying with Fair Housing law. Serves as liaison between third party platforms and company for set up and problem solving. SEO and SEM Optimization:

Collaborate with marketing partners for strategies to increase and grow digital engagement. Collaborate and align with marketing and brand communication strategies to ensure cohesive and consistent branding. Research and communicate digital trends in marketing to ensure a best-in-class experience for all properties. Interact collaboratively with other internal home-building departments to gather input and materials to create digital assets, website, and email content. Analyze data from Google Analytics, reputation and paid campaign tools to monitor performance, suggest reallocation of funds and execute changes. Website Maintenance

Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, adding specials to sites and content changes. Analytics + Reporting

Prepare reports and establish a dashboard that measure KPIs of digital platforms. Work within all online budgets, review budget reports and trends with management and adjust plans accordingly. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues such as feeds and web site errors. Brand Management:

Uphold brand consistency and messaging guidelines across digital channels and communications, ensuring a cohesive and unified resident digital experience.
