Job Description

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Arizona Marketing team in the execution of several specialized digital initiatives for its Arizona-based master-planned communities in the most professional, efficient, and profitable manner. This is in an effort to attain the company’s goals and objectives set out in its annual and 5-year business plan.

This position is responsible for daily support of key websites, databases, digital content needs and related activities, and will also assist the team with content gathering and proofreading of all materials. Intense attention to detail, timeliness, efficient team collaboration and an understanding of data/content systems are key requirements for success.

Your Key Deliverables

Master Planned Communities Digital Marketing Support :

Ongoing Website Updates including:

Community or neighborhood website updates including descriptions, features, hours etc.

Resize and upload photography meeting the correct size requirements and adding alt text .

Digital Transformation – support with content gathering for any new requirements, validate content, publish, troubleshoot issues with IT.

Monitor and resolved live website issues.

Support the 3D platform, Matterport, by adding features and downloading photos and adding into Sitecore.

Utilize Umbraco and Sitecore Knowledgebase, escalate issues to IT as needed.

Daily updates from the Integration Activity Report – pricing changes, lot changes, elevation, and plan availability etc.

Publishing new homes from phases releases – coordinating between marketing/sales/escrow to publish as part of the Pricing Transparency initiative.

Check 3rd party listing websites confirming data accurately matches website.

Adding new communities and neighborhoods to website Umbrarco and Sitecore:

Coordinate with development and purchasing to confirm the data is correct in Tochi and feeding to Umbraco and Sitecore to publish.

Review and publish project in Umbraco and Sitecore and create new community/neighborhood.

Gather community, neighborhood and floorplan map assets and oversee interactive 2D, 3D map production, editing and final publishing with vendors.

Resize and upload lifestyle, model or staged photography meeting the correct size requirements for the area and adding alt text.

Utilize Umbraco and Sitecore Knowledgebase, escalate issues to IT as needed.

Update myVision changes such as 3D interactive floorplans

Add floorplans – jpeg and SVG of each level, copy and photography for each floorplan.

Social media:

Email Nurturing Campaign & Blogs:

Participate in content idea sessions.

Assist with researching content information for nurturing program.

Maintain Google My Business and LinkedIn accounts.

Proof Blossom Rock's weekly Instagram and Facebook posts and provide input to Marketing Director.

Proof articles and gather photography.

Coordinate with agency to ensure accurate content populated and grids are ready for internal digital team to build the emails. ·

Ongoing E-mail activity

Working with corporate director of digital marketing, schedule, test, deploy and report on eblasts– coordinating between IT, marketing, and agency partners.

Draft email and blog content as needed.

Assist in setting up lead notification workflow and email for builder partners

Weekly, quarterly, and yearly performance and lead reporting

Marketing Support:

Coordinate photoshoots, with input from Marketing team for Social, videos, Traditional photography, and Matterport scans.

Coordinate set-up, training, and overall execution of interactive and digital tools in sales office galleries.

Support basic graphic design and production of new collateral.

Update collateral as needed.

Prepare monthly communication updates for AZ office.

Share any department and/or community updates on Brookfield Residential’s internal and external channels.

Accounting & Administrative Support:

Gather bids and make vendor recommendations.

Approve digital estimates at the direction of Marketing team and process back to consultants/vendors.

Assist with other marketing support requirements as needed.

Team Support:

Ongoing training with teammates for new Digital Unification standards

Research and report/track analytics with weekly trending report and monthly reporting at housing/land meeting using Google Analytics, Umbraco, HubSpot, Power BI and Salesforce.

Qualifications

· College degree with class experience in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications.

· 2-3+ years of work experience in digital communications.

· Strong attention to detail and proficiency managing data.

· Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a technical aptitude to learn new and/or customized programs quickly.

· CMS experience, specifically with Salesforce, Hubspot, Umbraco and Sitecore is a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to take charge of achieving results and resolving issues.

· Ability to act as a team player by actively communicating relevant information and sharing thoughts, feelings and rationale.

· Strong interpersonal communication techniques and strategies to convey information that promotes complete understanding.

· Strong written communication skills in order to convey information clearly and concisely.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

· Must be available to work a flexible work schedule for supporting related grand opening and community events, special projects such as storytelling and neighborhood information nights.

· This position is in the Scottsdale office.

· Occasional travel may be required.
