Job Description

JOB SCOPE:The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving and optimizing the company's performance marketing efforts, with a primary focus on paid search, retailer channel marketing, email, display/CTV, and other paid channels. Responsible for managing and executing high-impact performance campaigns, will also have a key responsibility for achieving growth targets across all Lines of Business (LOBs).

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Criteo/TradeDeskDevelops strategic initiatives across all accounts to ensure the company has the most cutting-edge strategies in place that fit our business objectivesOwns, manages, and grows the company's paid marketing budget across direct channels through a full-funnel approach, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, OLV, and LocalDevelops and delivers specific growth targets for each LOB through new idea generation and KPI metric managementLeads and inspires internal marketing team members across the performance teamDirects external marketing agencies/partners on business strategies and campaign objectivesCollaborates with sales leaders and sales channel owners to optimize to continually improve growth and conversion of retailer channel marketing tactics including Paid Search, Paid Display, Event Inclusion, and channel-specific promotional opportunitiesDevelops email marketing campaigns to support channel promotional campaigns, promote brand messaging, and support licensed partner innovation.Partners closely with finance/BI teams to refine channel forecasts monthly, and from time to time creates financial models for business casesLeads project to integrate offline data imports to all primary ad platformsBuilds strategy to integrate profit data across key ad platforms with the goal of optimizing paid volume against profitability targetsDevelops and owns a pipeline of channel and site tests with modeled impactDevelops a framework for evaluating new market segments, optimizing existing ones, and determining best resource allocationJOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Level Degree5-10 Years Related Experience18+ Years of Age

REQUIRED SKILLS:

7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a heavy focus on Paid Search.In-depth knowledge of Paid Search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), channel marketing, and analytics tools.Experience with direct P/L responsibility and marketing budget management exceeding $10mm annuallyDegree in Finance or Marketing, or significant experience working directly with finance and performance organizationsExperience managing and goal setting for at least two or more direct reports
