The primary objective of the Supply Chain Team is to ensure that our client's supply chain supports the business through timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective products from a competitive supply base while adhering to global trade compliance requirements. The Trade Compliance Manager will support import/export compliance, including regulations such as EAR, OFAC, CBP, and foreign laws applicable in all operational regions. Responsibilities
Monitor Amber Road global trade screening software. Maintain relationships with 3PL transportation providers regarding trade compliance. Ensure trade compliance documentation and related materials are properly managed. Perform watch list screening for all transfers of products or technology worldwide. Support export license applications using Snap R and coordinate with advisors across jurisdictions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine classifications, origin, and tariffs. Maintain centralized data on HTS, ECCN, and COO, updating relevant partners. Review shipment requests for compliance with regulations. Manage AES filings and Carnet activities. Support voluntary self-disclosure activities and develop trade compliance training. Stay current with export control regulations through seminars and training. Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in international trade compliance. Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations including EAR, ITAR, CBP, OFAC. High integrity, leadership, and effective communication skills. Organizational skills and ability to work independently. Experience with export licensing, encryption technology, and brokerage licenses preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work across cultures and time zones effectively. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a competitive salary. The position reports dotted line to Legal Counsel and involves other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
