Tombras, a 475+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Creative Team (Art Director / Copywriter) for our Creative Social Team.

What you'll be doing:

Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the timeWriting world-class work for a variety of clients across various industries including CPG, beverage/alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, and luxury automotiveCollaborating with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers and photographers, editors, and designers- All in houseWorking at the speed of social - fast!Which means more opportunities to make exceptional and impactful creativeWorking on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily execution on client deliverables (from 360° campaigns to tweets and memes)What you bring:

Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creativesA strong portfolio is ideal, but it is a plus if you have 1-3 years of ad agency experience, related work experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across piecesProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and other emerging social media platformsAn attitude of positivity and curiosity

Though not posting content or managing brand DMs themselves, the Social Creative team works closely with other departments to create world-class social-first campaigns across all digital media and ensure real-time trends and the latest platform features are utilized.
