Concept and execute advertising campaign ideasDevelop and create for social media, TV, radio and moreWork as a team to execute your ideasCollaborate in a respectful team forward way with other creativesCan receive and activate on feedback from Creative DirectorsThink outside the boxWhat you bring:
Desire to create award winning advertising with a team of highly motivated creativesA strong portfolio trumps experience & education nine times out of ten but it is a plus if you have 1+ years ad agency experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to write a tight headline, killer body copy, viral tweets.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite as well as excellent design and animation skillsAn attitude of positivity and explorationYou're a culture junkie who loves a good idea
