JOB TITLE: Onsite Manager

Location: Aldie, VA

Classification: Management Agent Employee

Hours: Approximately 7.5 hours per shift - Monday through Friday

Relationship: Reports to Senior Community Manager

Scope of Work:

Onsite Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Association. The Onsite Manager will be based in a developing Homeowners Association in Aldie, Virginia..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Onsite Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the following job functions:

Primary initial contact for incoming calls, e-mails, and visitors to the management office.Provide community-wide communications via e-mail blast, flyer, newsletter, or website as appropriate and as directed by the Community Manager.Provide exceptional customer service at all times to members of the association to include the provision of community information, pool and amenities access, rental agreements and documentation, and design guidelines process assistance.Ensure that all community communications, i.e., office and community bulletin boards, calendars, and community website are up-to-date, orderly, and organized.Maintain reference files, procedural manuals, and other applicable documentation.Maintain all computer database files and computer/office equipment.Order and inventory office and janitorial supplies.Property level point of contact for vendors. Compile vendor "to do" list and monitor work of vendors in absence of the Community Manager.Conduct weekly (or more frequently, as may be necessary) inspections of the amenities and common grounds.Conduct inspections of homeowner lots for the purpose of enforcing the community's design guidelines and prepare and process documentation as appropriate.Process modification applications and associated letters and documents.Work closely with the community's various committees and provide administrative support where required.Be familiar with all governing documents, policies, rules, and regulations.Assist in the mailing of newsletters and any other correspondence as instructed by the Community Manager.Maintain emergency access keys/lock combinations and associated logs of same.Attend Board Meetings as determined.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time.Qualifications/Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AdobeHigh School Diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing skillsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskStrong work ethic, self-starter, and problem-solverAbility to maintain and protect confidential informationPhysical Ability:

Tasks involve the ability to exert light to moderate physical effort that may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light to moderate weight (5-25 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods at a keyboard or workstation. Walking and standing for extended periods (up to several hours).
