The Marketing Manager works under the direction of the Community Engagement Director to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee multi-channel campaigns, manage content creation, maintain PCC's online presence, handle media relations, and analyze marketing metrics.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC) mission is to save lives and strengthen families. What will I do?• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will enhance PCC's brand in the marketplace.• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with outside marketing, print, and creative vendors.• Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.• Establish, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and support for PCC's services.• Manage PCC's online presence, including website maintenance, SEO, social media strategies, and digital marketing tools.• Support the development and maintenance of internal tools including CRM.• Develop and maintain relationships with local media.• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and activities, preparing regular reports for the leadership team.
What we require:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
Three years of experience in marketing is required.
