Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:Craft and launch cutting-edge marketing and PR strategies for licensed collections.Design and execute go-to-market plans at both the brand and retailer levels.Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to uncover growth and innovation opportunities.Omni-channel Marketing:

Drive impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and in-store platforms.Ensure consistent and captivating brand messaging across all channels.Boost engagement and sales through strategic marketing efforts in various retail environments.Department Leadership:

Build the marketing/PR department from scratch, setting processes, best practices, and a strategic vision.Align departmental goals with the division's and company's overall objectives.Budget Management:

Develop and oversee the marketing/PR budget with a focus on ROI.Prepare budget proposals and secure approvals from group heads.Monitor spending to ensure alignment with financial goals.Project Management:

Lead multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Keep projects aligned with business objectives.Creative Development:

Collaborate with divisional teams to create compelling marketing materials.Ensure all creative content adheres to brand guidelines and licensing agreements.Public Relations:

Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.Manage PR campaigns to boost brand visibility and reputation.Handle media inquiries and crisis communications adeptly.Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and beyond.Mentor and guide junior team members.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.7-10 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a focus on licensing and omni-channel strategies.Proven track record managing marketing campaigns for licensed collections in various retail formats.Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and consumer behavior.Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Creative problem-solving abilities and a history of innovative marketing solutions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative team player.Proficient in marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management.Knowledge of the latest marketing and licensing industry trends and best practices.Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.Compensation/Benefits:

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $135,000.00.
