Job Description:Duties:

Lead global chat strategy across Networks websites, in close partnership with global Marketing and Sales stakeholdersProduct owner of Drift Chat, including the creation of business requirements, development of a robust roadmap aligned to business goals, and resource prioritization to optimize business valuePartner with stakeholders (across all Marketing geos/ GTMs including Field, Campaigns Teams, Web, Data Science, MarTech) to implement demand gen and omni-channel strategiesDevelop a content plan that focuses on conversational marketing and the buyer's journey, including program management, public-facing conversational chat content creation, and QAEvaluate new offerings, and manage the rollout of new tool functionality and integrations (e.g. AI capabilities), in close partnership with Web, Data Science, and IT TeamsManage vendor relationship (including Professional Services), contractors, and agency support; and develop program management processes for effective resource allocationContinuously triage and prioritize against goals; handle escalations and last-minute high-priority requests to ensure business continuityPartner with global Sales teams to optimize pipeline and bookings outcomes from Drift, including routing strategy, content and messaging, review and feedback cadence, enablementTrack ROI of Drift, analyze and identify areas for improvementTrain Marketing and Sales users on Drift chat, including the develop of scalable enablement plans and material that span global teamsDrive adoption of tools, solving for end-user experience gaps with internal and external customersSkills:

5 plus years experience in marketing operations or demand gen at a B2B company; enterprise software experience preferred.Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills. Skilled at resolving conflicts by taking an open communication style, customer-centric, service-minded, positive, win-win approach.Ability to develop productive and consultative working relationships across Marketing, Sales and IT teams.Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies. Roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and willingness to take the initiative and make things happen.Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, work independently, and problem solve, working comfortably under pressure.Articulate communicator, both written and verbalKnowledge of marketing content and campaign strategyUnderstanding of end-to-end lead management flowData-driven, comfortable analyzing large datasetsExperience with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar) preferredExperience with Drift (or similar conversational chat) preferredExperience with Outreach.io, Demandbase, PathFactory (or similar) preferredEducation:

Pay Range: $50- $60

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
