The CDO will be a key leader in shaping the strategic product design, ensuring it is of the highest caliber and can lead data-informed and activated experiences. This role is pivotal in driving the holistic strategic product across all client accounts and new business pitches. The ideal candidate will have a 360° independent thinking approach, be an effective champion, and be a team player, focusing on solving clients' business challenges through a system of paid, owned, and earned touchpoints. They should be a natural storyteller, strategist, and creative problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset. Candidates for the CDO position should have at least 15 years of relatable experience, with a minimum of 6 years in media, communications strategy, or digital strategic planning. Experience in brand-side roles will also be considered. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of nurturing growth and long-term client partnerships. The CDO should be adept at managing large teams, including P&L ownership, and have a creative mindset with a strong knowledge of AI and future-forward technologies. Responsibilities include leading the teams to drive the overall design vision, developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans, and driving innovation in the content space.
