JOB SUMMARY

The Campaign Manager, Performance Media is member of the Performance Media team, and is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of paid media campaigns across programmatic display, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, SEM, and other biddable media platforms.

Education and Experience4 year degree from an accredited university in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field, and 1-2 years relevant experienceExperience building and optimizing paid media campaignsFoundational knowledge of SEM, Programmatic Display, Video, or Paid Social and optimization tacticsFamiliarity with bid management platforms (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, etc.) preferredBaseball and sports enthusiast preferredEssential Functions

Serves as the relationship owner and primary point of contact for an assigned set of Clubs to provide day-to-day support, facilitate calls, and address questions; the assigned set of Clubs will be fewer/less complex than that of the Sr. Campaign ManagerSupports day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Video, Audio)Executes test and learn approach to build, optimize, and report on paid media campaignsProvides media strategy inputs and recommendations to designated Clubs and Assignments, leveraging the support and guidance from Senior Campaign Managers and Club Manager for support and guidanceIdentifies and leverages relevant growth audiences on a campaign-by-campaign basisLearns and utilizes internal systems and other biddable media platformsMonitors competitive landscape and industry trendsSupports additional projects as assignedSupporting the Needs of Stakeholders

Executes against project plans to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasksCollaborates with manager and stakeholders to support business needsGenerates and provides timely and accurate updates in the form of reports, presentations, etc.Communicates in a clear and concise manner that is easy to understand

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
