Currently, Sener has an opening for a Senior HSR Track Design Lead to join us in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HSR Track Design Manager. The HSR Track Design Manager will be responsible for managing the design and construction of high-speed rail tracks, ensuring the technical feasibility of the project, and providing technical support to the client. This role allows for some remote work but we would still need someone to be based in Las Vegas for this role.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in High-Speed Rail (+300 km/h) track design and constructionExperience developing track components specifications, managing suppliers and designing track construction logisticsKnowledge of Rail European StandardsUnderstanding of technical feasibility, risk analysis, and mitigation strategiesExperience with relevant software, such as Office, CAD and BIM toolsStrong project and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentExperience in the US standards (AREMA, AASHTO, ASTM) and rail market is a plusWhat we offer:
