As a

Sales & Marketing Director

at

The Village at Mariner's Point , you will be part of a collaborative 2-person sales team. Say goodbye to transactional relationships with prospects, telephone call blitzes and sales urgency built around promotions. Instead, you will drive occupancy in your community by developing meaningful personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners through our commitment to prospect-centered selling.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales role in senior living or another healthcare related field.

Additional responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Director include:

Supporting prospects throughout the sales processBuilding and managing detailed prospect and professional profiles in our databaseGenerating and up-keeping your pipelineComprehensive understanding of your community's competitive market landscapeResearching and/or visiting competitors' facilitiesArticulating the Benchmark DifferenceCultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout marketplaceEmployment Status:

Full-Time, Exempt

Sunday-Thursday

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in assisted living, healthcare or hospitality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and OutlookPossessing a driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicleAbility to speak intelligently about our services
