Responsibilities:

Connect with healthcare professionals across the Twin Cities to promote our home health services.

Consult with community staff, clients, and families to demonstrate why Senior Helpers is the best choice for their care needs.

Qualifications:

Compassionate individual with a passion for helping others.

2+ years of sales experience.

Preferred: Sales experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living or home health.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Proficiency in technology.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check.

Experience in prospecting and building relationships.
