Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 Base + Commission - UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with healthcare professionals across the Twin Cities to promote our home health services.
  • Consult with community staff, clients, and families to demonstrate why Senior Helpers is the best choice for their care needs.

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate individual with a passion for helping others.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Preferred: Sales experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living or home health.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong documentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in technology.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience in prospecting and building relationships.
