Purpose:

As a Marketing Coordinator for Tiger Aesthetics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our aesthetics line of products. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for healthcare. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Enablement

Provide robust support for the sales department's marketing needed on a daily basis.Coordinate new customer training resources and facilitate training processes.Ensure that our team and our customers have the tools needed to be successful

Digital Marketing Support

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to maintain and update the company website with accurate product information.Assist in managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Facilitate targeted marketing campaigns as needed by the sales team, utilizing CRM tools and technology.

Event Coordination

Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our aesthetic products.Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staff scheduling.

Marketing Programs

Support downstream marketing programs, including loyalty programs and practice training programs.Coordinate promotional efforts including advertising, influencer marketing and HCP promotions.Analyze customer feedback and market data to contribute insights for product positioning and marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.

Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.Performs other related duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms.Knowledge of aesthetic products and healthcare industry treads a plus.Outstanding customer service skills and ability to foster relationships.Able to adapt quickly to new challenges.Detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to prioritize work.Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.Valid state drivers license as some travel may be required.Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.
