Position Overview:

Fractal is looking for a proactive and driven

Marketing Analytics Lead

to join our Decision Science Consulting team

in the Greater New York area . In this role, you will play a vital role as the client and team lead with hands-on involvement in project management, business interpretation and application of solutions, client communication, insights/results delivery. You will collaborate with your team and peers by developing resourcing plans, managing revenue goals, and contributing to new business development.

S/He will be expected to deliver an analytics engagement at client location independently. This will include problem solving, hypothesis testing, advanced analysis, creating models & solutions and compelling visualizations to make the solutions scalable and easily understood Marketing Analytics Lead will collaboratively work along with senior engagement managers & lead a team of analysts and data scientists across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Driving Business strategy: You will provide recommendations utilizing multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn't exist. You will be critical to decision-makingIdentifying opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with eCommerce and Digital Marketing leaders to provide key marketing insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leadersBe the Dot Connector: Using multitude of data source, you will connect the dots across multiple problems to see the larger picture that helps shape analyses and findings that drive longer term solutions than just answering short term questionsBe the Analytics Translator: You will define, implement and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards whilst focusing on the insights. You will work with Advance Data Science teams to bring rigor and robustness in approach and translate them into meaningful insights, tools and value for the BusinessTest and Learn culture: Build out a constant stream of Testing and experimentation by identifying opportunities and influencing key stakeholders, whilst using the learnings into forward looking planning applications.Qualifications:

Bachelors or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Finance, Advanced Analytics, or related field. Master's Degree preferred8+ years of experience working within performance marketing analytics, web analytics, eCommerce or digital marketingHighly proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)Experience in programming languages and stats packages (e.g. Python, R); experience in experiment design, causal inference and CLTV developmentStrong understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and drivers of Traffic, Conversion and Revenue.Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing programs not limited to SEO, PPC, Programmatic Display/Video, Social and Affiliates.Experience in driving end to end measurement programs and campaigns including measuring effectiveness, ROI and EfficiencyStrong fluency in translating complex data into crisp insights, actions and recommendationsAbility to influence business decisions and utilizing data at the leadership levelExcellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinkingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlinesOutstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleaguesCultivates a strong Test and Learn culture within the broader team

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $82,000 - $182,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a "free time" PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
