About the role
Are you energized by bringing order to data and turning it into reports, visualizations and analyses that drive big decisions? At Kyte, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Analytics Lead to own all marketing data & analytics for our rapidly growing business. We need someone who excels across multiple areas, including data engineering, business intelligence and marketing analytics, to supercharge our growth strategy and enable our team.
What you'll doBe the architect for our marketing and broader business dataBuild and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that keep our marketing data flowing smoothly and accessiblyCollaborate closely with internal Engineering teams and external vendors to ensure we've got all the data we need, accurate and ready to goDevelop and optimize business reporting and visualizations that drive marketing decisions and business performanceDive deep into data analysis, providing insights on conversion rates, marketing campaign performance, retention, customer segmentation, and other crucial topicsCollaborate with other growth team members to define their data and analytics needs and turn them into clear, actionable insights that enhance our marketing engineEnsure compliance with data governance and security policiesSupport A/B testing and experimentation to drive conversion rate and marketing performance optimizationRequired
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar discipline5+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or business intelligence roleStrong proficiency in analytical tools and SQLExperience with business intelligence tools (we use Mode Analytics)Experience with Google Analytics, CRM (e.g., Braze), marketing media platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and associated APIsProficiency in PythonExperience with marketing attribution, retention modeling, cohort analysisTop-notch communication skills-you can make complicated data stuff sound simple and engagingStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPreferred
Experience working in a fast-paced startupExperience in management consultingExperience working with and managing AthenaExperience with ETL development
