ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, B2B Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team leadership, integrated marketing strategies, demand generation, and agency partnerships. With a focus on driving growth and maximizing ROI, the Director will play a key role in shaping our brand's positioning and driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, and agency partnerships.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive B2B sales growth and increase market share.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and other channels.

Drive Enterprise Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, leveraging personalized messaging and campaigns to reach decision-makers and influencers effectively.

Drive demand generation efforts through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive business results.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, and consistently optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience leading high-growth marketing teams in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion for innovate technology products .

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
