What you bring to the table

Beck is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to support an extraordinary team in

Denver, CO.

This individual will report to the Marketing Manager to produce qualifications, proposals, brochures, and interview presentations that address client needs and clearly articulate the fundamental design challenge and opportunity for innovation. This role will be engaged in all phases of the sales cycle including lead generation activities, client relationships, prospect management, and general marketing.

This job involves the following essential functions:

Lead Generation & Client Development:Manage ongoing lead and prospect lists for targeted conversations and opportunities for client engagementAssist content development and final production of custom brochures and lead generation collateralOrganize and execute internal business development and market focused client relationship meetingsAssist Marketing Manager in growing a culture of proactive marketing and client targeting and prepositioningWork closely with Communications team for event logistics centered around business development and lead generationAssist market leaders with collateral needs prior to or after any client engagementsRegular reporting and updates to CRMProspect Management:

Produce well-coordinated and compelling responses for qualifications, proposals, and interviews utilizing InDesign.

Organize project team content from strategy to final proposal productionResponsibilities include editing narrative, gathering images, proposal layout, and coordinating sub-consultant information

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensure best practices for point-of-sale workflow through each phase of the process:

prepositioning, proposal, shortlist/selection, interview, and post pursuit responsibilities

Build consistent content accuracy, relevancy, and thoroughness through active engagement with the Content Management SystemIdentify opportunities to utilize thought leadership in lead generation and pursuit effortsData Management and Content Organization:

Collaborate effectively with pursuit teams by utilizing Adobe Editor, MS Teams, and MiroManage process for collecting and entering accurate prospect & project data into Cosential, CMiC, and OpenAssetMaintain robust library of narrative for proposalsUtilize and update marketing workload and tracking toolsWho we think will be a great fit

Successful candidates will have superior prospect management skills, possess the ability to motivate others to reach deadlines and be highly communicative among the team. In addition, Senior Marketing Coordinators are expected to own a specific part of the marketing effort, contributing in a meaningful way to long-term efforts

4-year degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fieldMinimum of 4-6 years of industry/relevant experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Understanding of basic layout and graphic design principlesExcellent writing and editing skillsExceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to multitaskExperience in proposal development for professional services firms (examples or portfolio a plus)Ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlinesGood interpersonal communication skillsFor compensation information, follow this link: https://48093d6311.nxcli.net/4536684321856-2/

Physical Demands:

Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
