About the Role:

The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator role is integral to Brinkman Construction's business development efforts, focusing on crafting proposals and marketing materials that align with company strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional writing skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring our proposals and presentations stand out in a competitive market.

Essential Functions:Collaborate with the pursuit team to craft curated content for proposals, ensuring alignment with RFP requirements.Conduct detailed analysis of RFQ/P documents to align proposal strategies and win themes with client needs.Manage the complete proposal timeline, guaranteeing that all milestones and deadlines are met.Facilitate team meetings for proposal planning, outline development, component compilation, and deadline adherence.Conduct market research for targeted market sectors.Provide support for proposal submissions, including printing and production efforts as needed.Regularly update marketing information in CRM and other internal data systems, ensuring accurate record keeping.Create and maintain a library of custom content and narratives to distinguish Brinkman Construction in proposal submissions.Check local planning division sites, BidNet, and media resources for new development opportunities.Create client-facing marketing materials and communications to support business development goals.Work with the marketing team on promotional activities, such as social media, press releases, and email marketing.Organize and manage all aspects of event and trade show participation.Involvement in Denver-based industry and community organizations.Perform various administrative duties and other marketing tasks as assigned.Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.Minimum of 3-4 years in a marketing role required. Experience in AEC industry strongly preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience writing proposals.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platform.Organizational and time management skills to prioritize duties and adhere to strict deadlines.Resourceful, analytical, and eager to share a fresh perspective.Understand the nuances behind connecting words and design to tell a story.Strong eye for detail and accuracy; ability to proofread.Occasional travel to job sites and events.What we offer:

Salary Range:

$65,000 to $85,000 annually. Salary is commensurate with technical skills and experience.
