Responsibilities:
Establish creative vision and maintain brand standards across multiple projectsCollaborate with leadership to maintain creative directionProvide day-to-day direction to the Experience teamLead overarching brand experience initiatives in collaboration with strategy and account teamsDrive strategic discussions with clients to develop innovative design solutionsQualifications:
8-10 years' experience in digital design and creative leadershipProficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Suite, XD, Sketch, FigmaExperience directing design for 3D and digitally native animation programsBachelor's Degree in Design or related fieldPortfolio Development:
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience design work, including healthcare advertising projects, is essentialEducation:
Bachelor's Degree in Design or Related Field - graphic design, visual communications, advertising design. We also consider candidates with degrees in fine arts or other creative disciplines, particularly if supplemented with relevant experienceContinuing Education:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
