We are the dedicated brand guardians of Walmart.Would you love to help us?We love you if you can…Develop visual creative communication strategies that bring our narratives to life and help us position Walmart as a brand that brings people and communities together to drive positive change.Ensure brand consistency and support across ALL creative aspects in assigned communication initiatives, making sure the work aligns to brand guidelines and communication narratives, reflects customer diversity, incorporates current design trends, and is mindful of our global competition.Work alongside junior creatives with a hands-on, brand-first approach to visual design and storytelling, helping drive creative solutions from ideation thru final production, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all communications efforts, pushing typography and layouts, while expressing creative rationale confidently.Apply knowledge of creative industry trends and consistently introduce innovative ideas and new approaches to enhance art/design, typography, photography, digital experiences, media, and production that will help the team to develop beautifully designed creative that communicates clearly and has an impact on its intended audience.Evaluate creative briefs for clarity and alignment from project kick-off through final publication/production.Plan, prioritize and take ownership of a high volume of work from start to finish each in various stages of development. Consistently hit deadlines and proactively communicate project status to partners and leaders.Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to both your craft and cross-functional collaborations by actively participating in meetings, brainstorms, events and celebrations.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) for both digital and print based media. ‎Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
