Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus: Communicate effectively, influence teams, and prepare reports to support design decisions. Driving Customer/Client Needs: Understand customer requirements, create journey touchpoints, and improve processes to enhance customer experience. Usability Testing and Iteration: Understand testing basics, plan acceptance tests, and ensure quality assurance. Interaction Design: Define and document design details, adhere to patterns, and ensure scalable solutions. Visual Design: Document design specifications, perform quality checks, and contribute to style guides. Prototyping: Develop prototypes using various technologies, access live content, and troubleshoot issues. General Responsibilities: Apply expertise, support business needs, build relationships, and uphold company values and policies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's in relevant field and 3 years' experience or 5 years' experience in UI/UX design. Preferred Qualifications: Design certification, master's degree, experience in product development, accessibility knowledge, and industry experience in retail or related fields.
