At One Door, we are passionate about the retail in-store experience and making retail Visual Merchandising teams more productive and strategic through our software. As a Content Marketing team member, you will be responsible for creating the content and messages that spread the word about One Door’s capabilities. In this role you will manage the full lifecycle of content creation, from initial ideation and research to final edit and publishing. Your contribution will be measured by how your work drives demand for One Door solutions and awareness of the One Door brand.

You are, first and foremost, a writer.You are organized and a motivated self-starter.You enjoy creating compelling copy and other multimedia content.You have an aptitude for technical writing and feel confident in your ability to position product offerings.What You’ll Do -

The Senior Content Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and is responsible for generating high-quality content. From blog posts to site copy and case studies to white papers, you will be critical in driving growth through various paid and non-paid means. You will work collaboratively across departments to garner product knowledge and updates and incorporate them into the messaging and positioning for all content.

How You’ll Succeed -

You are responsible for -

Incorporating our SEO strategy into all copyPlanning, scheduling, and executing all contentWriting blog posts, website copy, white papers, one sheets, social media posts, etc.Working cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to develop a solid understanding of product information.Working cross-functionally to create case studies, infographics, etc. highlighting value propositions

What We’re Looking For -

- 8+ years of experience in copywriting

- Working knowledge of Wordpress (to update content and post blogs)

- Can manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of building strong relationships with all stakeholders and managing by influence

Work location and environment -

This position is remote and hybrid if you are in the Boston area.
